1. Orders & Acceptance

Each order you place is an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Order acceptance will be deemed complete only at the time we send a shipping confirmation email.
 

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT. We use secure payment gateways, and payment is charged at the moment the order is placed.
 

3. Shipping Policy

Important: We currently only ship within the United Arab Emirates. Orders cannot be delivered to addresses outside the UAE. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The risk of loss and title for all products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
 

4. Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags and packaging attached within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date.

· Process: Please contact us returns.sidiyasdxb@gmail.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent without authorization cannot be accepted.

· Condition: Items must be in their original, saleable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or does not meet the above conditions.

· Refunds: Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 

Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
