Refund Policy
At Sidiyas, we take immense pride in the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms for refunds.
1. Eligibility Period
We accept returns for a refund within7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive your order. After this 7-day period, we cannot accept any returns or process any refunds.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and refund,your item must meet all of the following conditions:
· Unworn & Unused: The abaya must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition.
· Original Tags Attached: All brand tags and labels must be intact and attached.
· Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original dust bag and packaging.
· Proof of Purchase: Please include the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons,the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
· Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
· Any item without its original tags or packaging.
· Items that show any signs of wear, perfume, damage, or alteration.

4. The Return Process
To initiate a return,please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Within 7 days of delivery, email us at returns.sidiyasdxb@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
5. Refund Processing
· Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
· Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
· Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
· Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item on our website.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
We meticulously check every abaya before shipment. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customersupport@sidiyas.com with photos and your order number. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund, provided the damage is a result of a manufacturing flaw.
